PPO Plans

Demei Acupuncture Clinic gladly accepts most PPO insurance plans.
Patients with out-of-network PPO benefits are also welcome—our staff can assist with verifying your coverage and submitting claims.

In-Network Plans，We are currently in-network with:

  • American Specialty Health (ASH)

  • Anthem Blue Cross – PPO

Through these networks, we are able to serve patients from many major insurance carriers, including:UnitedHealthcare (UHC), Blue Shield, Anthem Blue Cross, Health Net, SCAN Health Plan, Aetna, Cigna, Alignment Health Plan, L.A. Care, Central Health Plan, Kaiser, WellCare, and others.

Workers’ Compensation

Demei Acupuncture Clinic is also an in-network provider with the Anthem Workers’ Compensation Network. If you have an open work-related injury claim, we can help determine whether treatment at our clinic is covered and obtain any necessary authorization.

Self-Pay Rates

For patients without insurance coverage or those choosing to pay directly.

We offer simplified package pricing for self-pay patients.
When appropriate for your condition, additional therapies such as cupping, guasha, moxibustion, or infrared heat may be integrated into your acupuncture treatment at no extra cost.

General Acupuncture Treatment

(Clinic Standard Fee—Insurance reimbursement amounts are determined by each plan’s contracted rates and may differ from the clinic’s standard fees listed below.)

  • Initial Acupuncture Treatment – 75 minutes · $120 (Clinic Standard Fee)

  • Return Acupuncture Treatment – 60 minutes · $100 (Clinic Standard Fee)

Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture

(Cosmetic Treatment – Self-Pay Only)

  • Initial Treatment – 90 minutes · $180

  • Return Treatment – 75 minutes · $150

Consultation (without acupuncture）

Applies toward treatment if received on the same day

  • 30 minutes · $60

Herbal Medicine (not covered by insurance)
