These are offered at the clinic's discretion and do not apply to insurance-billed services, which follow standard coverage guidelines.

  • Other approved referral pathways

If your referral is still pending or coverage is being verified, we're happy to discuss self-pay options in the meantime. We can also provide documentation and coordinate with referring providers as needed.
